Google recently announced some exciting changes.to Google Docs. It now features greater collaboration tools.

You can see who else is working on a document and even chat with them. Along with that with what they call "improved fidelity" when importing from Microsft Word, this new version of Google Docs is the strongest challenge to Microsoft's Word from the search giant.
